    Just got back from Disneyland where I indulged in all the treats 👅👅👅 Today am I going to feel bad and over exercise? Nope. Am I going to do a cleanse to “reset” my body after all the junk I ate? No, I have working organs 😊 Am I going to eat fewer calories than normal the next couple days to make up for that extra pound or two I most likely gained? No! Why??? Because it’s all about consistency guys. I’m not on a diet. If this is something I am going to maintain for life I need to realize that an extra pound or two after a vacation isn’t THAT big of a deal! I’m just going to go back to my normal diet and exercise routine and in a few weeks I’ll be right back where I was. A few “bad” days (and let’s get real, Nothing is bad about Disneyland churros 🤤🤤🤤) won’t offset a life of good habits! So there is no reason to stress it! Enjoy your vacations and memories made and all the delicious food and don’t punish yourself for it! If you’re a little extra “fluffy” for a couple weeks so be it! Be consistent and that “fluff” will surely come off 😘
