    I’m posting a random picture just to get my thoughts out… plus the view from the top of the bar is awesome because it took me SO long to get there so this picture makes me happy 😊 Ok, let’s talk diets shall we??? I’ve had so many people ask me specifically about fit tea, detoxes and the Keto diet… here are some things I want you to consider before starting ANY diet. First, is it good for the long term? Second, does it meet not only weight loss but long term health goals? And third, does it include exercise? If you can answer yes to all three then it’s a good idea. If not, don’t do it! I know it is SO tempting to try the fad diets that promise quick weight loss- heck I’d be lying if I said I haven’t been tempted lately. My eating has been off track and I’m not exercising nearly as much as I did a year ago because sometimes life gets in the way… it’s resulting in a Hil that’s a little less “shredded” than I’d love to be but that’s ok! I’m lucky enough to have the knowledge to know what’s good for me and my long term goals so the quick fix won’t be happening over here. Please understand that fat loss is a slow process. When you drop weight quickly I’m willing to bet it’s mostly water and muscle lost- and who wants that?! Anything that is promising you quick results is most likely too good to be true and will not provide lasting results and health. Just a little food for thought… see what I did there?
