I want you guys to think about something… if you knew you were going to be running a half marathon tomorrow, would you relax extra and eat extra today? Yep. Most of us would. Now it’s time for some real talk- I’m all about being motivating and encouraging but I have some news for you. Tomorrow you’re going to be the same person you are today. Quit giving your future self so much credit. Quit telling yourself that it’s ok to skip a workout because you’ll work extra hard tomorrow. Quit telling yourself that an extra dessert or slice of pizza is ok because your diet starts tomorrow. Quit promising yourself things for the future and start doing something about it now!
