    You Only Have One Body

    We sit down for breakfast, we sit on our commute, most of us sit all day at a desk staring at a computer… we’re so stressed from it all and tired that it leads to even more sitting and resting. This repetitive lack of motion is hurting our bodies way more than most people think. Let’s break the cycle! Set a timer every 30 minutes…get up and get moving! Even if it’s just a quick walk outside, 20 jumping jacks, a few squats or if you’re really ambitious drop down and do some push ups 💪🏻 I’m the biggest believer that moving will heal your body more than resting ever will! (I’m not talking about those who have serious injuries and DO require rest). You’ll feel more energetic, less stressed and significantly decrease back pain that so many of us suffer from!
