Can I tell you a secret??? I don’t always want to workout. Some days I have zero motivation and I’d rather be lazy. It’s true when they say motivation doesn’t last. The good news is that you can make it a habit. Make it part of your daily routine- at this point my car almost automatically drives to the gym in the morning 🤣 So even when I’m not motivated it’s just what I do. Here’s my best tip if you’re just starting out on your fitness journey. Just DO IT. Who cares if you’re tired, or busy or sore…. stop making excuses and just make it non negotiable until it becomes a habit. It’ll be SO worth it I promise ❤️💪🏼 •
